Hi - we bought the Danish teak wood sofa set (3seater+2 seater+Center table+side table) which was delivered on the 26th July 2021, our carpenter told us straightway that the centre table and side table both aren’t teak wood as the company had claimed but we thought as sofa looks like teak the carpenter might have misjudged.
A month after the sofa was delivered my parents flew out and were away for 4 months, and in actual usage of 1 month the sofa has cracked and can’t be used. The sofa legs are hollow (which can’t be of solid wood).
We paid a handsome price for the sofa set as it was said to be teak and have been trying to reach the company for days, but absolutely no response from them.
My parent's hard-earned money has gone down the drain.
