I took membership from them ist their reaction change if we visit to get any service to utilize membership balance. They never treat properly.
2nd.. they charge you anything. If that service cost is 4k they demand 5k ..
3rd use fake products. I had taken treatment prior from another salon. But their result never shows. I complaint for iching .. they ignored. Later i faced consequences and have rectified from any other salon...

Honest Fact About The Hair Palace For Their Branches, Their staff are unorganized

All in all, it was a terrible experience. The manager was extremely rude and just unpleasant. They were playing crass music loudly and when we requested to turn the volume down they simply said that they can't since another customer ( someone paying a higher price for a more expensive service ) had requested for it to be that loud.
