All in all, it was a terrible experience. The manager was extremely rude and just unpleasant. They were playing crass music loudly and when we requested to turn the volume down they simply said that they can't since another customer ( someone paying a higher price for a more expensive service ) had requested for it to be that loud.
They argued with us instead of being accommodative. Never going back.
They treat you nicely on your first visit when you pay for the entire treatment in just one time but afterwards when you will visit again for the ongoing treatment they wont treat you nicely. Will not give you time and tell untrained guyz to treat you which is not fair. I took the smoothing and keratin treatment from this salon and the result is tooo worst. My hairs are not straight yet i got waves in my hair and the person who did the treatment is not even bothered about it. Dont look at the lower price that they offer because quality of their work is much lower and poorer than their price.
Totally unsafe . There is no one checking temperatures and everyone is allowed inside . Not professional atall . For one service 4 different people did different steps. Was this information helpful? |
