I had done online pre payment in 2020 of rupees 1535 to tikona but they did not provided any services cause of COVID they said they will processes refund not it 2021 nd still the refund is not processed, [ [protected] ] this is the account no, of which refund is pending [ im attaching the cancel cheque so please refund asap im waiting from march 2020 i have dropped 100 OF emails calls but no response please just refund my money...

We have wifi of Tikona its not working. from past one month and they are not giving our money back we have paid for a year in advance and we use for 3-4 months only.

The issue that I have experienced was: I subscribed for Tikona on 26th November, 2020 and I t got connected on 27th Nov, 2020. The company representative promised uninterrupted internet service and if not happy will refund. The internet worked on 27th, nov 2020 and 28th, we were not in home. the internet issue started from 29th Nov. I raised complaint and the technician came on 1st dec, 2020 whole day he spent fixing it and no luck. he said...

I was a tikona broadband customer in Agra. Since the start of my tikona connection tenure, I used to face regular droppings and unstable internet to which I complained several times and tried to resolve but nothing worked.
I also found no direct way of communication with the tech team, billing team, and the consumer.
My renewal due date was 15 August and I clearly wrote them a mail on 13 August 2020 mentioning...

Today i received a call from a lawyer saying that she is filing a case against me in delhi civil court on behalf of tikona if i don't pay the bill within next half hour i stop using the connection in april middle due to lockdown i left that rented house and called tikona people to terminate my connection but they again charged me e send me the bills on the profile which was of 1049 rupees and again added some due of hundred 200 rupees. Again...

Refund: unable to provide service
Tikona has admitted that they cannot provide the internet services at my current location as i am shifted from pune to delhi.
I had words with tikona representative who said they will not provide the refund.
This is not my fault, i wants money back...

I had registered service withdrawal/disconnection requests to tikona as i was not using their services during the covid-19 lockdown. I called tikona customer care number[protected] many a time before and after putting withdrawal request during lockdown regarding the withdrawal of services but the auto voice told me that call could not be connected as there is less manpower during the lockdown.
They did not respond to that...

Hi,
I have purchased 10 mbps unlimited plan by paying advance for 6 months. At the time of demo executive show me speed which is around 9.7 mbps. After two days of connection i am facing slow speed which is around 0.97 mbps not even able to load web pages. This happens randomly it works fine for some time but most of time it was pathetic to use. After multiple complaints issue has not resolved completely also there is no way you can...

I got the tikona internet connection on july 10th 2019, and submitted rs.3000+ amount to there respresentatives for the connection and installation. Now i want to discontinue the connection but even after taking the request they are not cutting the connection rather asking for money to cut the connection. I have paid all the amount till date 22nd october and they are asking to submit more money for future 2months of rs.1804. Please help me...
