So i had applied for a new broadband connection on 25th May, they had promised me to deliver the link within 48 hours of payment, till date i didn't get their link and moreover i wrote multiple emails to them, asking for refund but they are simply ignoring my mail. I applied for time broadband connection on 18-may-2019, but no connection is provided from time broadband till date.
At the time of connection, time broadband executive told me that connection will be provided by 19-may-2019 but no connection provided.
