The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

FAKE SMS OF PRIZE WINNING
On 19th october I got a sms from TM-USMS that my number([protected]) is chosen for winner of 2500$ cash & I have to call the number [protected].when I called this number the system generated messages asked some questions like which mobile set I am using,which connection I am using,what about hobbies etc,and for every question some options were given and I have to press 1/2/3/4... buttons.After finishing of all questions they have given...

I received a message from a sender [protected]@ in my number [protected] stating that i have won $2500, a cash winner prize and call in [protected] to claim the money. I have call 3 DAYS BACK,and spent about 100 Rs.to call on this number, but i don't get correct answer. So I want to know what is this all about......
