Never go for traveltime, very bad service, unreliable bad customer service

I booked cab for 3.15 PM 12the July , thee booking was done 1 day in advance. I got confirmation messsage in 5 minutes ( only theis part was good).
I keep calling theem from 2:45 PM since theey haven't provided me...

The service of travel cabs of wings and traveltime is absolutely non reliable, worst and pl never rely in case of emergency . I had booked today for traveltime cab from empire estate chinchwad to pune station for 4 45pm and as usual I did not receive the cab detail till 4 40 and when contacted the reason of GPRS problem was shown. Looking into previous same incidents I left with auto and had almost missed the train. Also around 5 pm I received...
