They made me do a video and now they are not available for the same. They didn't even give us the iPhone and money. Very unethical it's been more than 8 months now i am waiting for my payment and the phone too....

Of amount rs..699.15/- which debited from my account ( through upi) but Order Didn't Placed.

For which I made phone calls and mails multiple times to the Trell_Care regarding refund my money.

They say it will be in next 2days, 7days and now they aren't picking calls not replying on mails.
My refund is NOT Credited till date(...

Order placed 5 july . I returned the product on 11 July . After then till today my money not refunded . I called about 50 times in these days but my issue is not resolved . I also complaint on twitter handle of trell but not credited the refund .
Please please please please please don't shop from this app .
This is the worst customer service ever in my life by any company ....

I ordered 4 products from Trell on 19th April 2022 consists of 3 products of t shirts and 1 product of shampoo. Only shampoo delivered rest 3 T-shirts not delivered from last 2 months.
