Trell — Not refunding my money

Hi I am Anish chaubey

I had placed order on 21 July, 2022
Of amount rs..699.15/- which debited from my account ( through upi) but Order Didn't Placed.

For which I made phone calls and mails multiple times to the Trell_Care regarding refund my money.

They say it will be in next 2days, 7days and now they aren't picking calls not replying on mails.
My refund is NOT Credited till date( 28th July, 2022)

I request to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

There customer support is so frustrating. They make me wait for more than 30- 35 minutes.. and when customer executive picks tha Call it automatically gets disconnected.. it happens several times. I called them many times and there reply was same always.. wait for two days. It's been more than 25 days now. They have wasted my lot of time ..
Please take strict action
