This is p.praveen from tirupati.I had purchased a dress from the website www.trendss.com and paid the amount using my debit card. Later due to out of stock they said that they will refund the money back to my account. It has complteted 2months and didn't get back my money and their website is not even working, not responding when i called to their customer care number +[protected]. kindly help me getting back my money...

Its been more than 20 days, and amount is not refunded to my account, once they mentioned that product is out of stock. despite of making several calls to their customer care, and sending numerous emails, nobody answered and replied.
