Online site. Waiting since that day i did not receive my order (Showing delivery within 2days) and now created an account on trimo. Online...

I ordered for 9 in 1 Grooming kit amounting to Rs.799/- but they sent me a very cheap product not even worth Rs. 100/- The product is also different. What they promised to deliver on the site and the actual product are different. There is no address mentioned on the box to return the product. I will cooperate with police to provide beneficiary account through the only me transaction to catch the culprit..br...

Delivered wrong product. Fake mail ID. After receiving the product a guy call me from this Number ([protected]) and said me that my number is chosen for a lucky draw and I have won a Tata car and for claiming the reward I have to send 2 passport size photos, aadhar card copy and 6500/- and the car will be delivered at my address..when I crossed questioned him as I came to know he is a fraud...he started using bad words and abusive language....

They are sending very cheapest product and there is no any refund options. Thay are making fool to customers, please take actions on them.

I got confirmation called from them before delivered the product.

I have ordered Groom brand received zoom also looks like used as well. Rather than kit as shown in pics received only used trimmer.

Actually I ordered for men's trimmer but I got Wrong item sent by trimmo. I sent mail also, but the mail is bounce back. Fake mail I'd no response from them...

I had ordered a men's trimmer from trimmo but I received a women's trimmer which is of no use for me and there's neither an proper customer support from the team
It's a humble request to the team that they either change the product or refund my money....
