Hello, I have purchased this product on 03 June 2023 through Flipkart and it was delivered to me on 9th June 2023. This Induction cooktop is in warranty and Since I have purchased it, it had stopped working 3 times. First 2 times, Prestige sent their technician to repair. But again the product stopped working 3rd time in January 2024. I have registered a complaint with Prestige on January 31st and asked them to repair / replace the product....

My problem is – the burners are not consuming full gas and PNG smell comes while cooking. A ring is formed at the inner circle of burner and when unburn gas collected near this ring it burnt with loud thud. This may be vulnerable and fire safety hazard.

Have bought gas stove of prestige last year and since then it's giving issue 2 times the knob gave issue in 30 days of purchase I stay in Mumbai and hardly used it, the service engineer came and told all is ok
Last week I saw smoke coming out from bottom and I saw rubber caught fire the service person came and told it happens sometimes and northing to worry
