I order 2000 rupees worth reading glass frame they sent me wrong product and like 50 rupees wroth item I’m try to contact them they only provided there e mailbox address only...

I have order a sunglasses but i received other than what i ordered. Then i put a request for package return then they send me a mail in which they mentioned that we will pay your money back in your account so please send your account details on the mentioned address. I return it back to them and after 3 days bluedart (Shipping agency) said that there is no one in the mentioned address. Then i again messaged them then they send the new address...
