Unknown Caller From Bihar Complaints & Reviews

Got so many calls from bihar number and after blocking a number, he calls from another number. I almost have blocked 10 numbers upto now.
I'm receiving this calls any time a day, early morning or in the evening where he asks to have sex with me. And uses abusive language.
The last recent call i got today where i heard the voices like he was masturbating and asking me to talk to him.
I need help....

This is regarding Unknown call I am getting from Bihar number, Unwantedly they are abusing and saying they don't care about Police.
They are demanding my ATM pin and account numbers. Initially it was a soft spoken call to my Mother for demanding the same but She refused. After that I called on same number and asked them why they are calling, They started abusing me.
