I had purchased a linux web hosting plan from unlimited gb @ 999 ([protected]@rs 999) for 1 year. The company has suspended my account on may 9, 2019 without a prior notice. The reason they account was suspended due to excess cpu load, when i tried to resolve the issue. They replied "its not possible to un-suspend your account". The company claims that its an unlimited plan but actually they have too many riders (Hidden) with the plan. Now...

I raised an issue on crystal report on 20th Sept 2018 and the ticket id is 352915, still they have not solved the problem. Because of this delay i am loosing my customers. I got replied from their end says that there is a problem in coding as below,
Kindly contact your developer and ask them to modify your crystal report.

Dont buy hosting from this idiots. They are juts taking away your money and will never provide you any type of support. Austin is their service engineer and he is just giving you fake promises. It will take minimum 10 days once they are facing technical issues to get your hosting up and this will happen 2 time each month so in and all your website will be live only for 10 days in any month....

We have been allotted kalpakavady.com domain and we renewed our domain and server service recently. After have received renewal payment they stopped all the service and giving false and stupid reason i.e. "Your account has been suspended due to extreme CPU load of 88%". I have been trying to get my asp limit increased to 20 mb which is matter of 5-10 minute work for the server administrator but no. Unlimitedgb.com service people are unable to do anything on it till date. I issued my service ticket 10 days back but no they won't reply. I daily make 2 calls one in morning and another in evening but every customer care executive assures me that he will solve my problem before end of the day an reply me...

I don't know what makes the hosting service provider to get the server down for a whole day without informing the customers who really believe everything is working fine.

Unexpectedly, I sent an email to one of our client that the proposed design is live. Alas! the server is down for the whole day. So, you will know what the client will think about us.

It's really painful to see how even such big business...

Please provide as much information as possible..Beware website owners. I had hosted website on unlimitedgb.com. They say they provide bandwidth necessary for small website. This is not true. If your daily bandwidth usage goes above about 30 mb they will suspend your account and will say your website has caused extreme server load. No use of so small bandwidth. I have lost precious time because of this. check my site that they have suspended...

i have purchase 999 hosting package for 1 year they give to host unlimited domain and park unlimited domain and unlimited sub domain. when i am adding domain for parking then domain could not be add after that i am telling customer care (i am waiting for last 30 min for holing then i am create ticket for that issue they tell me you can host only single domain not park unlimited domain.
