This is to inform you that I have scheduled an online ticket for three passengers named Shiva Rana, Priya Rana and Rohit Rana on 9th Feb 2023 for Rs. 2105.40 that was got canceled from your end, and my money got deducted from my bank account. I have been told that the refund will be processed within 15 working days but till now there is no refund initiated yet.

Misbehaviour of conductor
I was not sitting on conductor seat i was sitting aside of conductor's seat then also conductor mistreated me and behave badly and said me to stand and leave the other seat telling that this seat is for staff. I don't know which staff he was talking about i was travelling from bhaniawala to raiwala...
