This is to inform you that I have scheduled an online ticket for three passengers named Shiva Rana, Priya Rana and Rohit Rana on 9th Feb 2023 for Rs. 2105.40 that was got canceled from your end, and my money got deducted from my bank account. I have been told that the refund will be processed within 15 working days but till now there is no refund initiated yet.

This is a shameful act by your organization and I was in contact with this number [protected] where the lady told me that refund will be processed automatically but till now there is no response yet, she is not even attending to my calls and what's app messages. The screenshot is attached below for the payment confirmation and conversion. kindly look into it as soon as possible otherwise i have to raise it to higher authority for further escalation.
