Very sad internet speed, even if you pay monthly, if you stay in vasai don't buy vasai cable internet trust me you will regret. It's a big scam.....

Internet not working since 5 days

My net is not working since 5days when calling up the customer care guys they tell that due to Lighting the system is down.This is a small city i pay 700 per month to these guys.I have the payment receipt and other proofs but i dont know the law and the procedure to complaint to Consumer Forum pls give me sum Suggestions...
