I had booked one plot 200 square yard at jaipur location through Vian infrastructure pvt ltd at head office cannught place (New Delhi) in 2007.
Company had given one reference number 2836 for further queries.
I had also invested above 60% amount of plot (approximate 3 lacks) and from last 2 or 3 years, we are not paying any amount due to no communication with this company.

We have provided space to the Vian Infrastructure Pvt ltd in jhandewalan ext on lease .In this regards they issued a brokerage cheque of Rs 2,70,000 after deducting TDS of Rs 30,000 which got bounced. Our company is S M Estates based in Delhi.We are real estate consultant.
