We have provided space to the Vian Infrastructure Pvt ltd in jhandewalan ext on lease .In this regards they issued a brokerage cheque of Rs 2,70,000 after deducting TDS of Rs 30,000 which got bounced. Our company is S M Estates based in Delhi.We are real estate consultant.
Please help me how could i get my Payment back from the company.

We all are victims of dirty game played by Vian with our aspirations, hopes, dreams and hard earned money. I've also invested in plots of Vian jaipur and their false promises made me drain >3.5 lakhs followed by multiple futile site visits and followups which resulted in nothing.
The bygones are bygones and i would like to take an update on what next? With Thapar behind the bars, with we all being sulking about the blunder, with complaints to police, forums, consumer courts... are we heading somewhere to get our refunds...if yes please keep me posted on [protected], [protected]
