I am resident of S1 building (Treasure-1), still waiting to get amenities even after more than a year of possession, whenever we complain through Society, he shows doing of some work and then again stops.God knows when he will complete and handover the amenities to society....

Builder Name- Mr Kishor Garve, Vinayak Garve
Marketing Persons- Rakesh, Gauri
Not a trust worthy builder, cheated while allocating booked flat. Flat booked during Diwali (amongst the first to book as soon as launched), but demanded extra money (Rs1.5 lacs) after 2 weeks from booking (said plan changed and now we have to pay as per todays market...
