I was supplied star shower laser light shipped by impulse e-commerce mubarikpur mohali on 1st jan2020 on cash payment of 1400. When i opened the outer cover i was astonished to see that the box containing light was in a very mutilated condition and innumerable cello tapes were used to close it. I have ordered portable ac 4 numbers @ 2499/- each. I have received the items out of which 3 numbers were damaged. Immediately i have informed them through mail and on their advice i have returned the goods and requested for refund of money.
They offered to replace the items or the money will be added to wallet. But i have requested for refund only.

I have ordered a portable ac worth rupees 2, 000.00 from viraldeals.in. My money has been deducted however i didn't received any order confirmation from merchant through sms/email. Could you please assist. Please assist me in getting my refund from this company as i don't think any customer ever received an order. Request you to take strict action against such fake company.

As i booked for daddy duster product contain three product but one packing box was empty and two have product inside. As i complaint for it and i told them that i don't want this product because productis not good. But i didn't received any reply from them. Once i got reply from and they ask me to send pic of the product to process return request. I send product images after that no reply from them. Last 7 days no reply. My order no. Vds34834....
