I have ordered portable ac 4 numbers @ 2499/- each. I have received the items out of which 3 numbers were damaged. Immediately i have informed them through mail and on their advice i have returned the goods and requested for refund of money.
They offered to replace the items or the money will be added to wallet. But i have requested for refund only.
But, they are not responding properly. Even though they received the returned items on may 14 they have not confirmed till may 30th. Very fraud company. Not responding properly to customers.
