Flat number 203 in block number a - 3 eastern heights was allocated to me but no possession letter received
Now have discovered that flat has been sold to third party and the third party is in possession of the flat
Builder promised me to allocate some other flat in 2014 but till today no such allotment made.in 2015 he also offered to refund the complete amount but also did not keep his word
Now he has closed his office...

We have booked a flat in French arcade in 2012 and we haven't got it yet. They have made a false promise to give it in 2014 and now it's the end of 2015 almost and It's still in the stage of construction. They have taken 95% of the total amount. They have sent the possession letter to all of the owners that we can shift to the flat in November 2015 but looking at its condition, I don't think that they will give in the next year also....

Hi i have booked a flat in Eastern Gate at Vashundhara Noida in VXL Realtors Pvt Ltd. The pre lanuch booked flat is of 1195 sqr. ft. in 2006. however they start booking in 2008, but till 2008 i have submitted all amount as per the term and conditions.
