We have booked a flat in French arcade in 2012 and we haven't got it yet. They have made a false promise to give it in 2014 and now it's the end of 2015 almost and It's still in the stage of construction. They have taken 95% of the total amount. They have sent the possession letter to all of the owners that we can shift to the flat in November 2015 but looking at its condition, I don't think that they will give in the next year also. I came across this complaint that you preferred, and I think you have a strong case on merits. Would it be possible for you to share all the details such as the date on which property was booked, the amount that was paid, and the date on which the possession was supposed to be handed over but was not handed over to you.
