I was given a w380i as a 16th birthday gift. since i got it it had a network problem.i gave it to a sony ericsson service center and they said it was something to do with the software. they upgraded it and it was ok for only a day. then the problem got worse. i have given it in again and they said it was a bad part of some kind. they have taken over 2 weeks and they say they cant fix it.why is it that their are so many cases...
