On February 20th 2018 the Plesk server is stopped.
So My business application are getting error because of Plesk server stopped. The support team said to me "Our server team is working on the server" from February 20th to till date(February 28th 2018).
the worst hosting provider i ever seen.
the worst network admins takes 2 weeks for resolving the problem.
this is second time server down...

Renewal of Domain

On 5th March on getting assurance from the company (via live chat) that my domain will be renewed within 12 hours of the payment, I paid the domain renewal amount to the company by credit card. They also sent me the payment receipt confirmation. But today its 17th March and still my domain has not been renewed and my website www.easytouristguide.com is lying inactive. I contacted them time and again but every time they falsely assured me...
