I have purchased one Weston LED 32 inch TV on[protected] with 3 years of warranty. But in September 2021 it is damaged and I registered a complaint on 11.10.2021. I have been repeatedly calling both the company people and the dealer who supplied the product, still, no action has been taken from their side. Purchased one wrston led smart tv on 27th january, 2018.
Within four months remote control system became non functional.
Complaint id no : 8f5-33665kosco[protected] dt 4th june, 2018.
Weston outsourced the services to jeeves engineers
Total 3 different so called tv engineers visited about 4/5 times till 22nd july, 2018., and verbally commented that some irrepairable problem persists...
