thanks for the revert...and please do note...you have completely ignored the points i have stated and simply asked me to call on the customer care number...why so ???

the email is a clear cut record of the communication and it is to be kept with both the parties...and that is the fair and just manner.

A telephonic conversation is only one way and can not and not exactly...

What a pathetic response and CUSTOMER care attitude from a Senior Executive named Ajay Kumar who disconnects my call when he got trapped for giving me untrue replies.
Their executives at the Call-Centre as well as their Vendors are very much unprofessional. They just kill and dampen your spirit of celebration and occasion. I had placed an online order for a Birthday Card, Chocolate cake and a Bouquet of Carnations (12 Pink Carnations...

Worst experience ever. Today is my wedding anniversary. I order cake from winni. I got a message that the order is delivered, which is not actually delivered at my address. I did not get any call from the delivery person.When I called customer support, they said that they will check in 10 mins and call me back. I called them 3-4 times, got the same reply, but cake was not delivered to me. They spoiled my anniversary....

They delivered it but the cake was spoilt and when i raised a complaint, i was put on hold and despite several complaints they were only passing the blame to the delivery executive.
