thanks for the revert...and please do note...you have completely ignored the points i have stated and simply asked me to call on the customer care number...why so ???
the email is a clear cut record of the communication and it is to be kept with both the parties...and that is the fair and just manner.
A telephonic conversation is only one way and can not and not exactly...

What a pathetic response and CUSTOMER care attitude from a Senior Executive named Ajay Kumar who disconnects my call when he got trapped for giving me untrue replies.

Worst experience ever. Today is my wedding anniversary. I order cake from winni. I got a message that the order is delivered, which is not actually delivered at my address. I did not get any call from the delivery person.When I called customer support, they said that they will check in 10 mins and call me back. I called them 3-4 times, got the same reply, but cake was not delivered to me. They spoiled my anniversary....

I ordered a cake using service provider - winni. They delivered it but the cake was spoilt and when i raised a complaint, i was put on hold and despite several complaints they were only passing the blame to the delivery executive. Ordered cake for my daughters birthday on 6th March and delivery slot as 07th march 2-6 PM by paying 2148/-. The cake got delivered at around 3.45 PM and when opened to see the cake.. it was damaged. The cake was stuck to the packing material and one portion of the cake is completely damaged. On the website chatted with a customer support and they asked to upload the photos etc..
