Dear Sir,
We placed an order of Hair Straightening Product after seeing the Advt. on TV which guaranteed 15days money back policy in case of a faulty product.
The day we received the product, we tried and it didn't function as demonstrated on the TV Advt. More ever, the product was not as per specifications as it was different than what was shown in the Advt.
When we called the Customer Care (CC)...

I ordered one Call Magic Product from online/Tele shopping company Wonder Brands by paying 3141.00. When I got product I found that the same is not at par to as showing in TV ad. When I make complaint about this on their call center than they claim that they are not having any refund policy, but this policy is very well mentioned over website www.callmagic.in..
