I NIRAJ PANDEY my emp code W10480 joininig date 18/01/2008 Reliance life Insurance TPD channel as a PFC (PERSONAL FINANCIAL CONSULTANT) IN JABALPUR AND MY relieving date 30/06/2009. I have submitted PF (PF A/C NO. MP/12819/2146) withdrawl form many times but yet not recieved my pf amount....

My name is vijay kumar. i joined the company on 12th of October 2009 as Personal financial consultant . my FOS Code is WC- 094272. i have submitted my Pf withdrawal form in month of September till now i have not received any refund. Hence i request you to help me out in this regards. Even i don't know my PF Account no it is not mentioned in my pay slips.Please do me this favor as soon as possible....

Salary not receive for month of may and also wrong PF no provided on salary slip

I was working in world class services (237, 2nd Flr, Indraprastha Tower, 6, M G Road, Indore - 452001) but i have not recive salary of May 2010 even when i am calling they are not picking my phone. i have also apply for my PF but my PF form was decline with reason wrong PF a/c no becoz same is already alloted to other person. but i have salary slip in which same ac no is mention. now requested you to pls do the needful....

Medical reimbursement & PF
I Worked in World Class Consultancy in the period of Dec2007 to Feb 2009.i met an accident in July2008.I spent more than 45000 for the hospitalisation.When i asked the company they are asked me all the details of the treatment.I submitted each and every paper of my treatment details to them at the same month itself. After that they are not responding me and there is no respresentative in Chennai for that company.So many times i called up...
