I had ordered cake online from WS bakers Pune and also received confirmation call from them.

They have charged me 350 Rs. but not delivered me the cake on the date requested.

-Date of order : 24 th Feb 2017
-Date of delivery : 11 th March 2017
-Amount deducted : 350 Rs.
-I had already emailed the company and requested refund and provided my bank account details. But still I have not received...

On 25dec on the eve of Christmas I bought a Plum cake but when tried to cut the cake we found out that the cake was not baked properly so returned the cake back to the resp shop.The shopkeeper registered a complaint and assured that will get a refund but now one month has passed but still haven't got a reply and refund from the company.Thus waiting for a fast reponse...

I have purchased half kg butterscotch cake from ws bakers shop located in magarpatta city on 1st august. The cake was unbaked and the base was very hard so next day i returned the cake to the shop and gave written complaint. The shop owner said he will forward the complaint to ws bakers office and you will get call from them. Either we will replace the cake or refund your money. But till date no reply from ws bakers. The incident happened 12th sept 2015 with cake delivery company ws bakers in pune.
Franchisee owner took full payment in advance and promised us to deliver cake at 7:15 pm and finally informed us that it can’t be delivered at around 9:10 pm, till that time we had 100+ guests and relatives waiting for cake cutting for more than 1 & half hr.
I requested franchisee owner to make some alternative arrangement of at least 1 or...
