Though they are paying Rs 17000 to a fresher but its not possible for a fresher to work on such a high end technology.The work pressure is too high....

I am a trainee and I joined this company Xtvista few weeks ago. They pay good.their pay package is high.
As a trainee I draw a salary of Rs15000(fifteen thousand +).But they make people to work like animals.the enviorment is good.But the work pressure is very high. I passed out this year.Its really difficult for a fresher like me to take such a huge work pressure. The payment for over time is too low.Its only Rs100/hour.That we get...

xtvista is a fake company which is managed by amit ghosh,he takes money from students in the name of conducting exam (IITC),said that it is global exam but actually there is no of such type.when we ask about company he said that head office is in kolkata bt it is totally fake.
