[Resolved]  xtvista — Too much work Pressure

xtvista — working on research and development

They are paying only Rs.17000 to a fresher and they are making us to work on research and development.
They should pay us more according to the work pressure.The work culture is good but the pressure is intolerable for a fresher.

xtvista — Needs good communication skills

They pay you Rs17000 even to a fresher but you cant speak in any language in the office other than english....Its like where you cant be comfortible while speaking.

Yaaa the pay package is good and the work pressure is better

Our company purchased 5 robots at Rs 15000 each 3 years back from Xtvista.They give us a warrenty of 3 years.As soon 3 years period is over, 3 robots started malfuntioning.Now the service charges are too high by which we can purchase new robots.

i agree with you swati.Amit Ghosh is big fraud..he will not pay u a single money and above that he will take 6000 rupees from u on the name of a exam iitc which does not exist...

noida mei call center mei job karta tha tu, tuje yaad hai ki nahi, and last year tu ducat se C language padh raha tha, Ajay ko tu 6000 deta hai jo tere sath rehta hai, kutte aur sab ko 15000 kaise de dega, sale dalla baan gaya hai kya...

if anybody planning to join xtvista dn please don't go there, they are fraud make play with ur career for some money, they don't have fund to pay, they are cheeter,

I do agree wid u swati...Amit ghosh is a fraud...n ...fake...there is no company named Xtvista ...its only his creation...his work is to cheat freshers ...He cheated on many o[censored]s trainees..this man shud be punished...
