Mera id bgv faild he bgv verify ke lite kya karma yoga sir...

I registered and completed the trained and next day I tried go online to start my work for the first time.. at that time it's showing account is suspended due to bgv failed... If this is the problem then why are you taking money before this.. very bad experience .. you should ask for money after completing all the process .. now see it's been two days no response still account is terminated not even did a single trip. Please help me please...
