Commitment given by the institute co-ordinate for facility of laptop maintance course worth 15000Rs but now they ignore.

I joined Picasso at Aug 2007 for Star Program Course (15 Month Course + 3 Month Paid Internship)
But institute take more than 2 year with aprox 2.5 Lac rupees to complete this course without any internship at Aug 2009.
...still we all students are waiting for our certificate, internship...
