c.s.t railway station (mumbai) — Indecent Language and Behaviour

It's a request to Railway authorities. Kindly, train your staff how to speak with people. It just happened with me this early morning .I was about to renew my pass from CST to KURLA. I gave my central railway Identity card to the lady and money to renew it. She asked me where is your photograph, I said - it did n't pasted well so I have kept it at my home . If you want I have my other proofs- I presented my BEST Bus pass & My Aadhar Card . She directly said NO I won't give you the Pass. I asked Why -I am standing since 40 mins and you can't help me out with this she started arguing and said "TERE MAA BAAP NE YAHI SIKHAYA HAI KYA" ... It's really shameful how she can speak like this to an unknown person and raise her voice against my parents. I demand an apology.And also train the railway staff. Thankyou. Shabina 15th June 2015.
