[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Complaining about one of your employee in CCD, Saharanpur branch (@ Vasu and Charu)

Hi Sir/Ma'am, I have visited CCD Hotel Clark Saharanpur, on last Thursday(30 April, 2015) along with 4 of my friends and ordered 1. Devilsnow with vanilla ice cream (Quantity - 3) 2. Chocofrafe (Quantity- 2) 3. Chocolate fantasy with chocolate sauce (Quantity- 1) 4. Chilli cheese with toast (Quantity- 2) When i asked for the bill for the same she didn't issue me and said the roll is over, asked me to check in the system for the order confirmation which was Rs 1400/- but she asked me to pay only Rs 1200. But when i was waiting for the order beside i saw she issued bill for the other customers. I was surprised to see that i haven't been issued the bill for my order and also have asked to pay only less amount for the same. I don't have any problem in paying the full amount but i felt there is some kind of fraudulence going on in the same branch or in other branches as well. Kindly take severe action on the same and please let me know if could do something. I won't visit any of the CCD branch unless i get this issue resolved. Thanks.
