Hi! I am a daily regular customer for ur CCD as S.R.nagar Outlet located in Krissh Inn hotel Building which is in hyderabad. I do keep visiting other CCD's too in hyderabad. Some outlets open @9:00 AM or some open @9:30AM as per my knowledge since I am your customer from past 5 years. But I dont know the reason why ur S.R.nagar, Hyderabad opens @11;00 Am and sometimes @11:30 which is very very worst. Actually before there were two guys who used to open by 9:30AM in S.R.Nagar. They new manager Mr.Srikanth Reddy who is in charge of this outlet allows his people to open @11:00AM. I think he doesn't know the time management or even doesn't have managerial skills. Doesn't even know how to manage his people working under him. No proper house keeping is in place. He is not bothered to open on time and moreover when asked about the delay for opening late he answers in a very very rude manner as if its his own outlet. I do wait outside your outlet for atleast one hour to open. Many other customers do come and they go away because your stores in not opened on time. Is this the way to do business? Is this the style of functioning of CCD in S.R.Nagar? As this outlet is convenient for me I do keep visiting this stores. I sincerely request you to change the manager or some day you might end up loosing your business and valuable customers in S.R.nagar. To be true its name is getting down each day. I hope you will take necessary action to maintain the time and also the attitude of the manager. I hope for a better improvement for the CCD outlet in S.R.Nagar, Hyderabad.
