Cafe Coffee Day — Purchase bill not generated & Cookies almost in granules | |||
I am writing a complaint here as my attempt to contact CCD Official customer care failed. After writing into CCD website I got a formality email reply from CCD executive Aditi ([protected]@cafecoffeeday.com) to explain my problem with CCD and this was on 18th of May. I replied in detail. I wrote her (she didnt share official contact number) thrice trying to followup, but in vain, I have no answer from CCD. My problem is : 1) I bought Cafe Coffee Day Choco Chip Cookies 2 nos small tin, Oatmeal and Honey Cookies Large Tin and Pomegranate & Cherry Drink, inside Domestic Arrival Terminal, Bengaluru Airport around 8:05pm on 17th May 2015. While the cashier claimed that he has generated the Bill and had put it inside the Bag, when I came home and checked, there was no bill. 2) The most disturbing was to discover that CCD has packaged the Honey Oatmeal Cookies many of which are broken almost like powder, Photo attached ! I was shocked because the cookies come sealed inside a Hard Board Tin box and COSTS 150 RUPEES ! Shall I hope for any resolution? Was this information helpful? | |||
