Dear Sir, I have purchased cakart product of direct tax video lecture in pendrive to watch video lecture in my computer but before that cakart issue key in which you have to put that key in cakart application so that you watch the video lecture But from cakart site provide me invalid key . I cant watch video lecture when I ask to issue new generated key or refund me money they are not ready to issue another instead of invalid key and their customer care service very poor not picking the phone also.
