I had ordered a cake on 12th June 2021 and they confirmed the order no#21230. On 14th Jun, got an email asking for extra delivery charge of Rs 300/-, they cancelled the order saying money will be refunded within 7 working days...but not yet received my amount.
They don't have any tracking option or to contact a customer executive. Even they they don't reply to email after multiple follow-up reminders. They seems to be cheating many customers like this! Was this information helpful? |
