Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — 4 times complaint with dates and docket nos regarding very low voltage & related damage

During last one month during afternoon (1pm-4pm) & evening-night (7pm to 1 am) voltage is considerably low. Tube lights are flickering, a/c can not be run-due to vibration during low voltage, once coil leakage already happened and rectified, a/c power supply plug female & top melted twice. We are waiting for big mishap (Accident) due to low voltage related problem which will be caused due to the negligence of the cesc. The problem is intimated by phone ([protected]) several times to cesc, i waited after every complain for your wise solution but no result till date. The complain dates and docket nos. Are as follows:

No receipt generated after e-bill payment.

I paid my electricity bill online with consumer numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. and have not received any e-vill for any of those payments.I paid on 16 oct 2014.Please look into this issue.
