Hi,
I am complaining about the electricity bill of my neighber dont know what is happening at her electric miter some thing is fishy there bcoz she stayed in below mentioned address ground floor she have 3rooms and she uses fridge, iron, mixer and hopefully heater also and she also given power to her first floor room in rent... So pls justify the amount of rs.230 on her bill pls go and check her meter without informing her i m sure something is wrong...
If her meter is perfect then something is wrong in our meter bcoz i have only 1 room and m also using fridge mixer thn how it is...

We had applied for a new connection to our premises at Flat-1, 2nd Floor, Millennium Apartments, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Road, Palta, West Bengal-743122 somewhere in April, 2016. On our application (submitted online) we promptly received an offer letter dated 19/04/2016 (ref-MR no-16/05438/16) for a load of 1 KW (Domestic).
After a few days we received a call by which we were advised that there was a technical defect in the offer and a fresh offer letter was sent to us promptly again dated 23/04/2016 (MA Bill-16/05438/16/3/2) for a load of 0.5 KW(Domestic) with other annexures. We were advised...

Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Cesc to replace the 25 yrs. old wooden meter box which, is now completely broken & eaten by termite..

Repeated complaints were made to install a good quality (preferrably of fiber make) meter box in place of the existing 25 yrs. old wooden meter box which is now completly broken & partly eaten by termites. cesc's electrical instalations inside that meter box are also not safe and secured.

Unfortunately, due to "legal restrictions", consumer's hands are tied and can not do anything but to wait for the mercy of cesc to do the replacement.

I have paid (twice) electricity bill for the month of july/2016, through on line using bill desk gateway by my debit card. (0n 22/8/2016). 1st time bill desk gateway was not response after using my debit card.2nd time i tried again from separate bill desk gateway, through my same debit card and get receipt. but after that, i observed my account has been debited two times with same amount i. e, 2*710= rs, 1420.00. i have also got two massage on 23/8/2016 from vk-cesclm that, both the amount has been received successfully by us. now iam requesting you, please, "adjust" my over payment to coming next...

Myself, subrata konar at serampore, have an industrial meter (2313226 polyphase & 2096680 single phase ) .In the month of july 2016 i 've got the bill without present meter reading, and in August got it without previous meter reading ..morever on the bill my singlephase meter showing present reading 1597, but actual reading 1590, which is now showing in that particular meter...
My request to you is that, plz do not make our bill just by sitting on chairs in an air conditioned room..plz visit physically.....

I like to take your kind attention, Mr. Bidyut Ghosh residing at 69/A Dum Dum Road, Kolkata-700030, is using his domestic cesc connection for home as well as commercial purpose. He is using his connection for Doctor's chamber & hoarding light in domestic connection, which is totally illegal.

My consumer ID. 10000948793. while paying payment against CESE august 2016 electric bill through net banking vide paytm on 10.09.2016 at 20:00 hrs, Rs.630.00 debited from my account. After deduction from my bank account, paytm shows oops ... and no payment was made to CESE and no refund was made to my account. please look into the matter at earliest....

Today while paying bill for July, 2016 amounting Rs.3020/- through Netbanking Bill Desk Gateway, the transaction processing was cancelled by me on getting a security warning that this might be read by third party. After sometime I paid the same amount through netbanking Paytm gateway, this time the transaction processing completed and I got the payment receipt of the same.

But, when I checked into the transactions made in my bank statement, it showed double transaction of Rs. 3020/- each to CESC.

I do not have ac and lot of appliances.
Normally my bill amount is about rs.900/- per month and payment is made electronically by internet through hdfc bank. There is standing instruction to bank.
To my surprise last message of bank that bill for rs. 2700/- (Meaning 300% increase) has been received. I have not stopped payment.
