Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Abnormal bill from last four months

From starting time my electricity bill has come about Rs. 3000/- per month up to April 2016, but from April 2016 to till date the bill has come about Rs. 7000/- to 8000/- per month. It is surprise to note that why this abnormal bill has come to my residence at Parnasree Pally, Behala, Kolkata :- 700 060, W.B.
I have very much confirm that some illegal taping has been done from my meter or power line so that excess meter reading has come in my consumer meter reading.
It is requested to you please check the line immediately and confidentially so that the illegal connection may cot in hand and punished by state administration.
