Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — bill due date of march in 27 days.

I have paid my february 2019 bill on 1st of march 2019 and received another bill for march with a due date of 27/03/19. I am unable to understand since when we are charged before 30 days of bill cycle.
My previous reading date was -09/02/19
Current reading date is - 09/03/19.

Kindly look into the matter as we should not be charged or sent a bill with a due date before 30 days billing cycle.
