I have paid my electricity bill on 15.4.2018. But this month i have received green bill and when i contacted your organisation they said that no bill has been paid against my customer id :[protected] after march 2018. Since i have paid the amount through net banking so i have also contacted the bank and they have told me that they resolved the issue with your organisation on 15 may. Now when i have talked to the customer executive of cesc they are telling me that no bill has been paid whereas the bank is always telling me that they have resolved the matter with you. Please tell me what i should do next.
