Please note that my consumption shown in your bill is gradually increasing every month. Consumption of the same months this year vis a vis last year shows a massive jump. My consumption is the same. I have not added any new appliance for the past 2 years, yet consumption shown in your bills is always increasing.
Please look into this matter urgently and do the needful.
