In reference to above captioned consumer number & id i would like register a complain regarding very high billing for the month of may 2018 amounting to rs 19420 with 2002 units consumption. I tried to contact you over phone for last 3 days but your phone numbers are not reachable.
I regret that i am unable to make such huge payment and beyond doubt there might be some mistake either at the time of taking reading of the meter or processing the bill. My average consumption is between 200 -300 units. Never ever till date such huge consumption is recorded. Also this is to confirm that no new electronic equipment being installed at my residence in last 6 months. Request you once again to look into the matter and advice. I am ready to pay as per my average consumption immediately. Please note that due date of bill being 19.06.18. I also request you to get my lines / meter checked so that same is not repeated next month.
Accord an early course of action from your end and also kindly advice my course of action.
