With due respect, this is for your kind information that due to covid-19 & lockdown our family is not staying at rishra from 17/03/2020 till date and also had switch off main switch from said date, but unfortunately, we got the bill from your concern office is higher then our expectation. As such you are sincerely requested herewith to comply same and take the necessary steps to resolve this earliest and oblige.
